Back

Cobra Stretch:

1. Lay down flat on your stomach

2. Place your hands under your shoulder and push through your palms to lift your upper body (extend arms fully)

3. Curve your back and look up

4. Hold for 30 seconds

Spine Twist:

1. Lie down on your back with knees bent and feet off the floor

2. Rotate your knees to one side of your body while keeping your back flat against the floor

3. Hold for 30 seconds and switch sides

Child's Pose:

1. Start on all fours, stand on your knees instead of your feet

2. Lean back with your body and sit on your heels while extending your arms forward

3. Relax your shoulders and have your forehead make contact with the floor

4. Hold for 20 seconds
