Leg Swings Side to Side:

1. Stand in front of a wall and place your palms up against the wall

2. Lift one leg up off the floor and start swinging it side to side (swing in front of your body and then outwards)

3. Do this for 15 seconds and switch your leg

Leg Swings:

1. Stand next to a wall and place one hand onto the wall for balance

2. Lift one leg up off the floor and start swinging it back and forth

3. Do this for 15 seconds and then switch your leg

Walking Lunge with Twist:

1. Step forward while performing the lunge position

2. Twist your body side to side once

3. Do this for 20 seconds
